Hot dogs are so fun to draw (and eat, hehe). To me, they always associate with going to Disney World and having a good family time. So today I want to share with you a step-by-step tutorial for how to draw your own version of a kawaii hot dog.
This cutie will work great for funny pun drawings. You can easily add it to crafts, DIY cards, and bullet journals. Hello August!

Drawing Tips for Kawaii Hot Dog
Here are a few quick tips to make the drawing process a little easier. This drawing is really simple, and I know you will love the result.
- Start by drawing an oval. We always want to focus on the basic shapes first.
- Use the base oval as a guide for the overall hot dog shape and draw a wavy line to create the “top” of the hot dog bun.
- Notice how the actual hot dog and the top bun repeat the wavy shape of the bottom bun. Draw 1 – get 2 free! 😀
- Finally, use the middle line as a guide to help you keep your character symmetrical.
