Here is an easy and cute drawing idea for an Easter basket for a DIY card or Easter home decor.
Or it can be a fun kid’s activity to do with your little ones.
Materials for This Project:
If you want to create the same drawing as mine, here is what you will need:
- Drawing paper
- Pencil and eraser
- Brown marker for outlines (I am using a Sharpie marker)
- Something to color (I am using Copic markers, but you can also use Crayola Supertips, pencils, watercolors… or even Procreate!)
Kawaii Faces and Expressions
You don’t have to follow my drawing exactly. You can make it custom and unique by picking different kawaii faces and giving your kawaii eggs different expressions.
Pick a face from one of these ideas, and make it YOUR drawing, YOUR story 🙂

Watercolor Version
Well, I wanted to experiment with watercolors (cause I love them so much!), but I didn’t want you to feel discouraged by it. So I used my son’s watercolor set to paint this picture to prove to myself that it’s possible to create something nice using simple (and cheap, hehe) materials.
